Fleur de Bra Inc is a 501(c)(3) non profit founded April 15, 2026. We are dedicated to the stewardship of the funds raised by the Fleur de Bra fundraising event. These funds are for women residing in Louisiana who need assistance after undergoing breast cancer reconstruction.
Dr. Hugo st. Hilaire
Dr. Hugo St-Hilaire is board-certified in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. He dedicates the majority of his practice to microsurgical reconstruction with an emphasis on restorative breast surgery.
Dr. Suma Maddox
President | Dr. Suma Maddox is a board certified plastic & reconstructive surgeon who is the founder of Fleur de Bra. The event was conceived in 2021 to bring her community of female professionals together with the artists of New Orleans to benefit women needing breast cancer reconstruction. Her practice consists of complex microsurgical breast reconstruction and aesthetic surgery.
Jamie berger
Jamie Berger is a litigation partner at the law firm Barrasso Usdin Kupperman Freeman & Sarver. She practices complex, civil litigation in both Louisiana and New York.
Treasurer of FDB Inc | Rebecca Clary is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Globalstar, Inc., where she leads global finance, accounting, treasury, IT, and human resources. She serves as Treasurer of Fleur de Bra, Inc., lending her financial and governance expertise to its mission and the Louisiana survivors it supports.

Secretary of FDB Inc | Kate deKay is CEO and principal owner of Eustis Mortgage Corporation, a family-owned independent mortgage company headquartered in New Orleans. She believes that leadership extends beyond business and includes using her time, resources and relationships to strengthen the community around her. Kate supports Fleur de Bra because its mission brings women together in a creative and meaningful way while raising awareness and support for those impacted by breast cancer.
